about the sweet stuff

I am a girl who loves to bake. Ever since I was little I would raid the pantry and bake something with the few ingredients that were in there. That is when I realized so much of baking is a science. Baking powder is not the same as baking soda. Since then I practiced and practiced in the kitchen and realized, “this is fun… maybe I can do it as a job!”

I graduated from Le Cordon Blue Texas Culinary Academy with a degree that concentrates on pastry and baking. I absolutely loved school and was Summa Cum Laude of my class.  I have worked in the food and beverage industry for more than 10 years. I have a passion for food, especially the sweet stuff. Above all I enjoy being able to put my passion to use to help people enjoy the special times in life, whether weddings, birthdays, or just a time out with family and friends.

Good food brings people together. So let’s enjoy life together.
